This 8 night private photographic tour will focus on two of Africas most sought after and thrilling wildlife photographic destinations. Together with the assitance and advice of on of our pro photographers and guides and based on your very own private vehcile this tour promises to be one out of the bucket list.
Londolozi Game Reserve, set in the heart of on of South Africas premier big 5 and wildlife destinations, the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Londolozi is one of the original pioneering private game reserves of the ecotourism industry in South Africa. The word "Londolozi" derives from the Zulu language and means "protector of all living things" - and ambitious conservation ethic that Londolozi embraces in its sensitivity to the natural world. Londolozi has become world renowned for its density and frequency of Leopard sightings as well as the other big cats, here you will not only have unrivalled opportunities to photograph these magnificent animals but also a great diversity of other wildlife including 40 mammal species in total, some of which are the legendary big 5 as well as the endangered wild dog and cheetah, this is not to mention the abundance of plains game, diversity of birdlife (360 species in the area) and the awe inspiring landscape scenery.
The Zambezi Voyager provides the ultimate luxury cruising holiday on the Chobe River. Small, intimate and owner-managed, this house boat provide us with the opportunity to stay overnight within the actual wildlife area of the Chobe National Park at prime mooring sites along the river, giving us a more intimate wilderness experience.
The Chobe National Park is fast becoming one of the most sought after destinations for both amateur and professional photographers wanting access to some of the best wildlife and birding available. The Chobe is home to highest concentration of elephants in the world, seeing these great animals at water level, looking up at them from our photographic boat as they come down to the water to drink, bathe and play, is a sight that you will never forget. The area has a great diversity of other wildlife including numerous antelope species, such as Puku, Lechwe, Waterbuck, Roan antelope and Sable just to name a few, predators that are often spotted along the banks are Lion, leopard and on the odd occasion Wild dogs. The river itself is also alive with Hippos, Crocodiles, Terrapins and a diversity of fish species.
The extraordinarily rich and diverse birdlife that frequents the banks, due to the diverse array of habitats, certainly qualifies the Chobe as a birders paradise, and over 450 bird species can be seen from the boats alone. This list includes some birds that are of exceptional interest: One of the densest populations of Fish Eagles occurs in the area and as a result there is no better place to photograph these majestic birds.

Vumbura Plains Camp is situated about 25 kms north of Mombo, in the neighbouring northern private reserve of 60,000 hectares, within Botswana's Okavango Delta. The privacy of this area is one of Vumbura's main attractions along with its great wildlife and superb all round Okavango experience. Vumbura Plains offers both water and land activities as this area has scenic waterways and is also close to the Okavango's outermost open savannahs. The water levels around the camp change each year depending on the level of the annual floods from central Africa.
Duba Plains Camp is a traditional tented safari camp situated in a pretty part of the northern Okavango Delta, which is dominated by open plains of rich grasslands. Over the years Duba has come to be known almost exclusively for the interactions of lion and buffalo. Contrary to usual behaviour, Duba's lions have the reputation of being active during the day and for providing travellers with some exciting sightings of hunts.
